Guardian Direct must obtain basic client information within 30 days of the initial investment. In addition, we are required to maintain all information and obtain updated New Client forms every three years, even if no changes have occurred. Download, complete and mail the New Client Form if you are:

• New as an investor partner to Guardian Direct Energy Programs, Inc.
• Aware of changes to your personal or professional information
• Required to update the form as per regulations set by FINRA

Privacy Policy
Guardian Direct is required to inform all clients how we collect, use, share, and protect your personal information. This policy is mailed to all investor partners each year.

Change of Address Form
Guardian Direct must confirm, verify and follow-up with customers requesting a change of address. Download, complete and mail the Change of Address Form to begin this process. Please note we cannot accept a change to a P.O. Box without a street address to accompany it.
