Career Opportunities as a Registered Representative
At Guardian Direct, our licensed registered representatives do more than sell investments; they forge relationships with investors by educating clients on the intricacies of direct participation programs (DPP). Dedicated registered representatives guide clients to diversify portfolios and manage the inherent risk within the oil and gas industry. A successful candidate, therefore, must develop effective relationships with new and existing clients.
Our clients are high net worth, sophisticated investors with numerous investment options. Registered representatives must be well versed in all financial products and able to communicate the benefits and risks of DPP investments. Building trust is crucial due to the high-dollar, minimum investment required for potential investors to become partners in an oil and gas DPP. Successful registered representatives must establish trust quickly with investors and potential clients.
Registered representatives will add new clients through networking and cold calls. They must be aggressive, determine client suitability quickly, gain clients’ trust, and close the sale. Candidates with these skills will thrive at Guardian Direct and will be rewarded financially.
Candidates are required to have a minimum of a Series 63 license as well as a Series 7 or 22 license and have experience working with high net worth customers in a high barrier to entry equity environment. For the right candidate, we will be a sponsor for Securities Series license testing.
It is the policy of Guardian Direct Energy Programs, Inc. to provide equal employment opportunity to all qualified individuals without regard to their race, color, religion, national origin, age, sex or disability in all personnel actions including recruitment, evaluation, selection, promotion, compensation, training, and termination.
